Rules, Formats, Judging

Entries must be post-marked by September 08, 2009   
Entry Specifics
1. Digital stories must not exceed three (3) minutes in length
2. Digital stories should include at least three (3) of the following components:
--Voice over narration
--Images
--Personal home video
--Music
3. Piece must be self-contained, no plug-in required.
4. Entrants must own and/or have permission to allow KQED to use anything included in their digital story, other than background music.

Originality
Each entry must be the original work of one student only. An adult may not alter, change, or enhance the creative integrity of a student's work.

Judging and Notification
Entries will be judged on originality, creative expression, storytelling and integration of copy and images. The judges will include, but not be limited to, KQED staff and community partners. Winners will be notified on the phone by Sept 105 2009
